Fantastic first meeting with the Lab leaders last Friday, 1/20/23! Notes attached, highlights below. (We did not record the initial planning meeting, however go-forward meetings will be recorded) Highlights: Group discussed laboratory and policy management challenges and vision for group Group determined go-forward logistics: Bi-monthly, 3rd Friday, 1-2 PM CT (MAR, MAY, JUL, SEP, NOV, JAN) Group identified proposed meeting topics for 2023 - To include: Forms Control, Staff Acknowledgements, Templates, Automating CAP Checklist, Multiple Labs/Applicability Group Management; User Onboarding and Offboarding - tie to active directory sync.
